She coaches and mentors and also consults and invites you to consider alternative behavioural patterns that are more aligned to your core values, both personal and corporate.

Think of it, as you have asked for someone to prepare a meal for you, they have asked questions to find your favourite dish, they have researched where to obtain the spices and ingredients, they have organised the equipment, they have gone out and purchased the goods with their own funds, they have honed their skills to be the best, refreshed their memory on how to create that dish and they have set aside the time to prepare all before you arrive and set the table for your experience. That is what a cancellation fee is about, possible services delivered to date, reserving the time period and booking a course or session is making that contract for our services, it is a simple matter of respect for skill, services and reserved time.
When you book a course or session you enter these contract terms with our business and office.
