REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your booking with this Consultancy and we will be as flexible as we can be. Vickie Lea SaS is a services-based consultancy and is fully eligible to be compensated against its time, experience, expertise, advisory, consulting and services. Any amount earned in its scope of services is not refundable unless expressly declared.

The Consulting Fee is treated as advance payment and considered as earned against the time and services of the Consultant from time of booking to the actual session appointment. If the premature cancellation/termination is happening prior to rendering the full services, then a fair calculation will be made as per professional services rate along with any reimbursements and the portion of the unearned amount will be refunded to the Client as follows:

Option 1:

If you have not attended your session

AND

You have given us 28 days notice or more via email that you will not be attending your session and we have acknowledged the same by return email to you then you are entitled to 100% refund minus our expenses.

Option 2:

If you have not attended your session

AND

You have given us 21 days notice or more via email that you will not be attending your session and we have acknowledged the same by return email to you then you are entitled to 75% refund minus our expenses.

Option 3:

If you have not attended your session

AND

You have given us 14 days notice or more via email that you will not be attending your session and we have acknowledged the same by return email to you then you are entitled to 25% refund minus our expenses.

Option 4:

If you have not attended your session

AND

You have given us 13 days notice or less via email that you will not be attending your session and we have acknowledged the same by return email to you then you are entitled to 0% refund.

Any refund once approved, will be processed within 28 working days. There will always be exceptional circumstances and we will discuss those individually, with a request for proof such as Doctor/Hospital Certificate etc. and we will endeavour to be as understanding as possible. You of course have your consumer rights as well.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order by booking an appointment, transfer a fee, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

How do I withdraw my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Our Consultancy is hosted with Google.

Your data is stored through Google’s data storage, databases and the general Google application. Please see their policy with regard to privacy and use of cookies.

PAYMENT

Is complete by bank transfer into a specific named account, that bank may hold your data. Please see their policy with regard to privacy.

When you click on links on our Consultancy, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
